How the Math Actually Works
Start at 100% 'whole' efficiency. Your highest rating is applied first, reducing that efficiency by its percentage. Each additional rating is then applied to whatever efficiency remains — not to the original 100% — which is exactly why ratings combine to less than their sum. The final number is rounded to the nearest 10% to produce your official combined rating.
